Liaison to Committee Reports:

• Athletic Training - Dr. Jerry Balentine - No new information
• Medical Physics - Dr. Margaret Ormanoski - Since she could not attend the last meeting, Dr. Ormanoski has agreed that Yacov Pipman, member of the Medical Physics Committee, will supplement her report with a brief update on an important scope of practice issue. 

Executive Secretary's Report - Mr. Stephen Boese

• Update on Vacancies for Board Membership
• Missouri Shortage - Assistant Physician
• On-Line Refraction in NY State

Presentation and Discussion:

• Moral Character Review and Licensure Restoration Process - Donald Dawson, Director of Investigations, George Ding, Director of Prosecutions and Andrew Tolkoff, Director of Legal Services  

• Larry Mokhiber, Executive Secretary of the Pharmacy Board has requested time to present on a new initiative concerning Metric Labeling of prescriptions.

• Statement from the Podiatry Board on diagnostic debridement of the tibia or fibula as a follow-up from the last meeting

• FSMB Annual Meeting: Dr. Oskvig will provide a report on the annual FSMB meeting, held in April.

• Discussion on the recent match results.

• Dr. Sheikh has requested a hearing of the concerns some of the foreign educated physician societies.
